Pros & Cons of Messilah Beach
Pros:
- Messilah Beach is a great place to spend a day.
- The water is clear and clean, the beach is well maintained, and there aren’t many people on it at all. While there are no facilities such as showers or restrooms available at this time (although they have plans for both), if you’re looking for an easygoing experience with beautiful views then Messilah will be perfect for you!
Cons:
- The only downside we found while visiting was that some of the restaurants along the boardwalk close early–sometimes as early as 4pm–so make sure to check their hours before heading out there yourself!
“I recently visited Messilah Beach in Kuwait.. Kwuwait is a beautiful country with lots of good weather! I was traveling solo so met a few other backpackers. The most notable thing that I enjoyed was the Wifi when I was down from my tent. And the Seafood buffet!”

Overview of Messilah Beach
Messilah Beach is a popular destination located in the Messilah area of Kuwait, on the southern coast of Kuwait City. The beach offers visitors a wide range of facilities, including swimming pools, restaurants, cafes, changing rooms, showers, and water sports equipment rentals. It is a great place for families, couples, and groups of friends to spend a day enjoying the sun, sand, and sea.
The beach is open to the public and is generally safe for swimming. However, visitors should always exercise caution and follow any posted warnings or advice from lifeguards.
In addition to the beach itself, there are several hotels located in the area, making it a great place to stay for those looking to spend more time in the area. There is also ample parking available for visitors who choose to drive.
Overall, Messilah Beach is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful Kuwaiti coastline and all it has to offer. Very nice places are Fahaheel Beach or Shuwaikh Beach.
Wide sandy beach
This is a great, wide sandy beach with very little litter and few people. The water is clear enough to see the bottom of the sea floor, which is covered in fine white sand.
The beach is not crowded at all; there are only a few other bathers here and there on this weekday afternoon. It’s not too far from Kuwait City either–a 15-minute drive will take you into town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants if you want to get out of the sun for awhile before heading back out again later in the day!
Restaurants, fish markets
The boardwalk is a great place to find local food. There are restaurants and fish markets along it, as well as shops selling souvenirs. You can also go for a walk and enjoy the scenery of Kuwait’s beautiful beachfront or just sit down and relax while watching the waves roll in.
Jumeirah Messilah Beach resort
Jumeirah Messilah Beach Resort is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere quiet, secluded and relaxing. The pool is huge, with plenty of space to sunbathe or swim in peace. It’s also very clean and well maintained–I never saw anyone cleaning it so I assume they use magic!
The beach itself isn’t too big but there are plenty of palm trees providing shade if you need it, which makes this resort perfect for those who want privacy without having to hire their own personal umbrella monkeys (those guys are expensive).
The food at the restaurant next door was delicious; I recommend trying the fish tacos if they still have them when you visit (they were sold out by 3pm). If not then just order whatever looks good because everything tastes amazing here! And don’t forget about dessert! They have an ice cream machine behind counter where people can choose from over 30 different flavors including bubblegum-flavored ice cream cones which were really fun until somebody accidentally dropped one on my head while trying unsuccessfully.
Messilah Beach is lovely small beach
Messilah Beach is lovely, if you’re looking for a smaller beach. It’s not very crowded, there’s plenty of sand and space, and you can go swimming without having to worry about bumping into anyone else in the water. The boardwalk on Messilah has some restaurants and shops where you can grab something to eat or drink while enjoying the sea breeze.
It’s worth noting that while there are no lifeguards at Messilah Beach (or any other public beaches in Kuwait), there are lifeguard towers with red flags flying from them. If these flags are down when you arrive at your destination, it means that no one is currently patrolling this stretch of shoreline–and since drowning deaths happen most often during low tide when waves aren’t strong enough to keep swimmers above water level anyway (at least according to my reading), this means that swimming should probably be avoided until someone arrives who knows how far away from shore is safe enough not only for humans but also local wildlife like sharks! You can get more info on Google review.
Conclusion
If you’re looking for a smaller beach with less people, then Messilah Beach is a great choice. It’s not as crowded as other beaches in Kuwait and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. If you want something more private than this could be the place for you!
